Parents do not pay for the week that the nursery is closed or for Bank Holidays that fall outside of the closure week. If you decide to take a place at Shine Nursery, then you will complete admission forms and we will obtain proof of ID etc (in line with lawful practice) We will allocate a member of staff (key person) who will build a positive relationship with you and your child in order to identify and meet their needs. The key person will be a point of contact for you, but of course you can speak to the manager or other staff at anytime, as necessary.
The next stage will be to arrange settling in sessions so that the key person can get to know your child’s likes, dislikes, learning styles and abilities. We will then arrange a start date.
We look forward to welcoming you and your child to our nursery. See you soon…
